At Oak&Pearl Clothing Co, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
